Parent Coaching Package

A Personalized 3-Session Coaching Experience

This package is designed for families who want ongoing support and a customized plan for addressing challenges at home.

Session 1: Discovery & Action Plan (90 Minutes)

We'll take a deep dive into what's happening in your home, including:

• Current concerns and challenges

• Family routines and dynamics

• Strategies you've already tried

• What's working and what's not

• Your goals for your child and family

Following our session, you'll receive a personalized action plan with practical strategies and recommendations tailored to your family's needs.

Session 2: Progress & Problem-Solving (45–60 Minutes)

Approximately 2–3 weeks later, we'll meet again to discuss:

• What's improved

• What's still challenging

• Questions that have come up

• Adjustments needed to your plan

Session 3: Follow-Up & Next Steps (30–45 Minutes)

Approximately 3–4 weeks later, we'll review your progress, celebrate successes, troubleshoot any remaining concerns, and discuss strategies for maintaining growth moving forward.
